Care Instructions

While products are dishwasher and microwave safe (excluding items that have gold luster) handwashing is recommended and will extend the life of your wares.

Avoid using harsh scrub pads and quick changes in extreme temperatures.

Shipping 

Kimberly Rae Pottery packages each order with care using reused materials whenever possible. 

Packages will be shipped within 3 business days unless noted otherwise.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination.  If you created more than one order going to the same address your orders will be combined into one box and extra shipping charges will be refunded. 

Policy and Returns

All pots, designs, and photography are created by Kimberly Palka. While we try to capture the most accurate representation possible of each ware, some variations in color may be present.

Part of what makes handmade art special, is each piece will be unique and will not be "Perfect", so each pot will be one of a kind. Mugs within the same collection will have variation in size and shape.
